Upon successful completion of this examination, you will;

• Become a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt™, who is professionally well versed in the core to advanced elements of Lean Six Sigma Methodology, who leads improvement projects and/or serves as a team member as a part of more complex improvement projects led by a Certified Black Belt, typically in a part-time role.

• Be able to understand how to implement, perform, interpret, and apply Lean Six Sigma at a high level of proficiency while delivering the benefits that have been agreed upon of a quality management system for an organization through improvement activities

• Act as a change agent to establish a culture of continuous improvement while dissecting and analyzing the potential improvement project across the organization
